A playful reconfiguration rooted in 1980s Benson and Forsyth architecture

This kitchen was a reconfiguration of an original 1980’s kitchen in the Mansfield Road estate by Benson and Forsyth. The challenge was to incorporate all the appliances needed for a 21st century kitchen into a room that was designed for a simpler time, without compromising the sense of space. The luminous green sliding door covers the window that looks out to the street.
